Description

Crispy cauliflower buffalo wings baked to perfection and coated in a spicy, tangy buffalo sauce—an irresistible vegetarian alternative to classic wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating evenly.
  4. Place on the baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and toss florets in buffalo sauce.
  7. Return to oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip.
  • For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs after batter.
  • Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 minutes as an alternative.
  • Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot buffalo sauce.
