Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, halved and flattened
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 sandwich buns or ciabatta rolls
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Extra parmesan shavings for topping


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, dip into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
