Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheese between two slices of bread with the buttered sides facing outward.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
