Description

Crispy, golden cauliflower bites coated in Parmesan and seasonings, made in the air fryer for a healthier and delicious snack or side.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour and milk to form a batter.
  3. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
