Description
Crispy, golden cauliflower bites coated in Parmesan and seasonings, made in the air fryer for a healthier and delicious snack or side.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour and milk to form a batter.
- In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket for best crispiness.
- Use panko for extra crunch.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
- Serve with ranch, marinara, or garlic dip.
