Ingredients

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, parsley, and black pepper.
- Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
- Lay turkey slices flat on a clean work surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the ranch cream cheese mixture over each turkey slice.
- Place a few cucumber strips across one end of each slice.
- Roll the turkey tightly around the cucumber and filling.
- Secure with toothpicks if desired.
