  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Hot sauce for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook crispy chicken according to package directions or prepare homemade crispy chicken.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
