Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the hot honey mixture into the skillet and stir until beef is coated and caramelized slightly.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice as the base.
- Top with hot honey beef, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and green onions.
