Description

Ingredients
- 1 baguette or ciabatta loaf
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the bread.
- Layer tomato slices evenly on the bottom half.
- Add mozzarella slices over the tomatoes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the filling.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
- Slice and serve immediately, or grill lightly for a warm version.
