Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter and garlic to the pan.
  5. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, tossing chicken to coat.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
