Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
