Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  7. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
