Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and spoon pizza sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
