Ingredients
- 250g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season steak slices with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
