Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- 1/2 cup peas or carrots (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add diced potatoes and mix well.
- Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth, stirring to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add peas or carrots if using and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
