Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and slightly firm on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm as is or with yogurt or extra banana slices.
