Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, salt, and oregano.
- Place chicken in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, brushing with extra marinade, until fully cooked and nicely charred.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
