Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, salt, and oregano.
  2. Place chicken in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
  5. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, brushing with extra marinade, until fully cooked and nicely charred.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
