Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
- 200 g cream cheese or ricotta
- 100 g sliced prosciutto or salami
- 100 g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Lay tortillas or flatbreads flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese or ricotta evenly over each.
- Layer prosciutto or salami, mozzarella slices, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and arugula.
- Drizzle pesto and a little olive oil over the fillings.

- Roll tightly into a log shape.
- Slice into bite-sized rounds resembling sushi pieces.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
