Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet and slightly flatten.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Cool before serving.
