Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener, mixing until combined.
- Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and slightly flatten.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the bites soft.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
