Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ciabatta rolls or sandwich buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
- Add sliced steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to create spicy mayo.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add marinated steak and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Toast sandwich buns lightly if desired.
- Spread spicy mayo onto the buns.
- Layer steak, shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions onto the bread.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
