Description

Loaded Rotisserie Chicken Flatbread is a quick and flavorful meal featuring tender rotisserie chicken, melted cheeses, crispy vegetables, and a creamy sauce layered on a crispy flatbread. Perfect for busy weeknights, lunches, or easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads or naan breads
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet.
  3. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Spread shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  6. Scatter beef bacon, red onion, tomatoes, and jalapeños over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the toppings.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  9. Meanwhile, whisk together ranch dressing and barbecue sauce.
  10. Remove flatbreads from the oven and drizzle with the sauce.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  12. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Naan bread provides a thicker, chewier base than traditional flatbread.
  • Add avocado, green onions, or corn for additional toppings.
  • Monterey Jack cheese can be substituted for cheddar.
  • For extra heat, increase the amount of jalapeños.
  • Best served immediately while the flatbread remains crisp.
