Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage or beef sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag (20 oz) frozen hash browns
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
