Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and spoon marinara sauce evenly over each chicken breast.

  7. Arrange turkey pepperoni slices over the cheese.

  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
