Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for chocolate layer)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chocolate shavings or peanut butter chips for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until hot, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit, then stir until smooth to make chocolate ganache.
  7. Let ganache cool slightly, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Top with remaining whipped cream.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings or peanut butter chips before serving.
