Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Toss everything well to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until vegetables are glossy and flavorful.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs.
  9. Serve hot as a side or main dish.
