Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)
Instructions
- Wash and cut all vegetables into uniform pieces.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Toss everything well to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until vegetables are glossy and flavorful.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve hot as a side or main dish.
