Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Pat cauliflower florets dry to remove excess moisture.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, and cornstarch if using.
- Spread florets evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
