Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for extra crispiness)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Pat cauliflower florets dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, and cornstarch if using.
  4. Spread florets evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs.
  8. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
