  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard


Instructions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or bake fresh-cut fries until crispy and golden.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and press it down to create a crust (smash style).
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until browned and slightly crispy, then break into crumbles.
