Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or apricot preserves (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy and well combined.
- Spread cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.
- If desired, warm honey or apricot preserves slightly and brush lightly over fruit for shine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
