Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or apricot preserves (optional, for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy and well combined.
  6. Spread cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Arrange fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.
  8. If desired, warm honey or apricot preserves slightly and brush lightly over fruit for shine.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
