Description

A gourmet turkey and cranberry sandwich layered with creamy Brie cheese, tender turkey, and sweet cranberry sauce on toasted bread—perfect for a rich and festive meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices artisan bread or ciabatta
  • 200g sliced turkey breast
  • 100g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup arugula or lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Lightly butter the outer sides of the bread.
  2. Spread cranberry sauce on one side of the bread slices.
  3. Add sliced turkey evenly over the bread.
  4. Layer Brie cheese on top of the turkey.
  5. Add arugula or lettuce and a little Dijon mustard if desired.
  6. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
  7. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  8. Cook sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side until bread is golden and Brie begins to melt.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
