Ingredients
- 4 slices artisan bread or ciabatta
- 200g sliced turkey breast
- 100g Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup arugula or lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly butter the outer sides of the bread.
- Spread cranberry sauce on one side of the bread slices.
- Add sliced turkey evenly over the bread.
- Layer Brie cheese on top of the turkey.
- Add arugula or lettuce and a little Dijon mustard if desired.
- Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side until bread is golden and Brie begins to melt.
- Slice and serve warm.
