Ingredients
- 500 g chicken, beef, or ribs (halal)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey.
- Coat the meat evenly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the meat on the grill and cook, turning occasionally.
- Baste with extra BBQ sauce while grilling.
- Cook until meat is fully done (internal temperature safe for consumption).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with additional sauce.
