A refreshing and bold viral spicy cucumber salad featuring crisp cucumbers tossed in a tangy, garlicky, and chili-infused dressing.


Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  2. Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and let sit for 10 minutes, then drain excess water.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
  4. Add cucumbers to the dressing and toss well.
