Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for whipped feta)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs.
- Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the whipped feta onto a serving platter or individual plates.
- Place the warm turkey meatballs over the whipped feta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- Do not overmix the turkey mixture to keep the meatballs tender.
